The Art of Sushi

Good Wednesday Morning! Halfway through the week already!! 6 days until Mexico!!!

I see a similar image as the one below every morning on my way to work. And every morning I look at it and think wow that is so pretty I just wish I liked sushi.

I am not a big fan of seafood in general. Just this year I started eating shrimp, lobster and scallops. O and I had fish fry for the first time this year too! This summer I tried sushi and the gag reflexes kicked in with each bite. Nope.. sorry sushi is just not for me.

But as I was saying I think "sushi art" and the care and skill they put into each roll is something to marvel at.
